Our Mission

Dead Boss Studio is an independent, anti-capitalist, artist-owned, animation production company with the sole focus of making art that we like.

We’re not beholden to any shareholders or motivated by profits; we’re funded by people who like what we make and share our vision of not being owned by the techno-feudal overlords.

How does is work?

Dead Boss Studio is owned/operated by its founders: Nick Harron and Zach Acherman.

Finance Breakdown:

• 10% of the revenue generated from each video goes to the company. This money is used to pay for administrative costs, such as payroll/accounting services, lawyers, production equipment and services.
• 90% goes directly to the artists who worked on the video.

All creators own the rights to their videos and IP.
